This manual is a systematic set of exercises and games using a mechanical metronome. They are aimed at developing a sense of rhythm, as well as: articulation, fine motor skills, accuracy and orientation of large motor movements, breathing and voice, and many other neurocognitive and neuromotor functions. The exercises presented here can be applied in the classes of a speech therapist, as well as in the work of a musical and physical education leader, psychologist, speech pathologist, parents and nannies can use them. The purpose of this technique is to teach the child to perform movements at various levels in the most controlled way - from the smallest movements of the tongue to orientation in one's own body and space. In addition, the need to act in a given rhythm is an excellent simulator for the formation of arbitrariness and self-control. This manual can be used in working with children from early to school age inclusive.
