Human needs in boileroid marketing is a couple of page-long topic: Maslow's pyramid and a few comments, mostly wrong. This is a memory load. No practical value!
However ... business owes its existence to needs, especially grocery ones. It would be logical to assume that everything related to needs should become the alpha and omega for everything in business. Not at all.
In this book, I am trying to show how a subtle understanding and feeling of needs can serve as the basis for “preparing the Client for purchase” (P. Drucker). And this is a real way to high sales and profits!
