Ця книга є не лише чудовим джерелом інформації про життя і досягнення Миколи Івановича Пирогова, але й відмінним навчальним матеріалом для тих, хто вивчає російську мову. Адаптовані тексти, що включають спогади сучасників та фрагменти з філософсько-педагогічної праці Пирогова, дозволяють читачеві глибше зрозуміти не лише його медичні досягнення, але й його погляди на життя та навчання. Мовні завдання та словники, які супроводжують тексти, роблять процес навчання більш інтерактивним і цікавим. Хоча в деяких місцях переклад може бути не зовсім точним, загалом якість тексту вражає. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться медициною, історією та російською мовою!
