The idea of writing the book was born as a result of the frequently encountered "crooked" service, primarily in customer service. It is strange that few business leaders pay attention to certain flaws in service. The narrative is based on life stories that happened to the author, without dry theory, presented in the form of everyday stories with conclusions about what service mistakes were made, why, and how these mistakes could be avoided and the quality of work improved.
