An author offers the unique methodology of educating of leaders, based on principles of the glorified Russian war-lord А. В. Суворова. According to his opinion, on the base of суворовской "Science, winning" is possible to create in a company the new administrative and business culture closely associated with national roots, and, more stable and tamperproof. Measurement (adequate estimation of situation) with naked eye, quickness and onslaught, ability, involving the small group of people, to execute grandiose tasks, educating by an action - here basic principles that allowed to Суворову for 40 to lose not a single battle and that is applicable in the conditions of поведенческих models of modern leader.
