Titus of Libya (59 B.C. - 17 A.D.) is a great древнеримский historian devoting almost right through life to writing of fundamental labour on history of Rome. Composition consisted of 142 books (correspond to the modern heads), but books were saved only 1-10 and 21-45 (describe events 292 to н. э. and from 218 167 to н. э.), small fragments of other books, and also периохи - short retelling of ы maintenance.First, at the beginning XX of century all the saved heads of "History of Rome" were translated by Андриянов П. Afterwards collective of the known philologists and historians of antiquity, at the head with Зелинским Ф.Ф., Кнабе Г.С., Гаспаровым М.Л. and Смириным В.М. did modern, improved translation, that was complemented by valuable comments, explaining the idea of Titus of Ливия.Exactly with this variant of translation we and we suggest to become familiar to the reader.A publishing layout is stored in the format of PDF A4 books.
