Книга "Загибель Пушкіна. 1831–1836" є неймовірно важливим внеском у вивчення творчості та життя Олександра Пушкіна. Автор майстерно простежує останні шість років його життя, показуючи, як поет намагався вплинути на долю Російської імперії, сподіваючись на реформи, які, на жаль, так і не відбулися. Читач має можливість відчути глибину думок Пушкіна, його боротьбу з критикою та нерозумінням, а також його невпинне прагнення до свободи слова та творчості. Книга не лише розкриває особистість поета, а й відображає складну політичну ситуацію того часу, що робить її надзвичайно актуальною і сьогодні.
