Another dark fantasy set in an alternative history setting. Events take place in the kingdom of Thuringia, which in our reality was conquered by the Franks in 531. This did not happen here - Thuringia not only survived, but also strengthened, absorbing a number of Germanic and Slavic peoples, successfully resisting the Franks from the west and the nomadic Avars from the east. However, the sudden death of King Hermannfred disrupted the peace in the kingdom and now Thuringia is torn apart by feuds between heirs born from different wives. Pagans and Christians, Slavs and Germans, relatives and sworn enemies - all came together in this battle for power, in the background of which loomed ancient and new gods, demanding a bloody demand for helping their admirers.
