The story “Ebony” (“Ebano”) is written in the dynamic style of a cinematic script. During their honeymoon in Africa, a woman is kidnapped, and it is from this moment that the unfortunate husband’s “odyssey” begins in search of his wife, who is led along secret and intricate paths across the entire continent to the Arabian Peninsula in order to be sold for a very significant sum to a certain sheikh.
