This treatise is a commentary by a modern Master on the root text of Laya Yoga, “The Liberating Nectar of Precious Instructions” (“Laya Amrita Upadesha Chintamani”), which introduces us to the wonderful world of the little-known, refined tradition of the Mahasiddha-Avadhuta yogis. The first volume describes the view and methods of three of the five branches (yantras): the Yoga of contemplation, the Yoga of Light and the Yoga of Sound. The text is a practical exposition of the mystical tradition through transmission in an unbroken chain of succession.

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Коментарі сучасного Майстра до корінного тексту Лайя-йоги «Вивільняючий нектар дорогоцінних настанов» відкривають нові горизонти розуміння цієї мало відомої, але надзвичайно глибокої традиції. Автор майстерно пояснює методи йоги споглядання, світла та звуку, що дозволяє читачеві не лише ознайомитися з теоретичними аспектами, а й практично застосувати отримані знання. Хоча переклад тексту здійснено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що в окремих випадках призводить до деяких неточностей, загалом якість перекладу вражає. Я вважаю, що ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто цікавиться йогічними практиками та містичними традиціями. Вона не лише інформативна, але й надихає на глибше дослідження власного внутрішнього світу. Рекомендую всім, хто прагне до самопізнання та духовного зростання!
