Чудовий посібник для тих, хто хоче схуднути смачно!

Книга "Система мінус 60. Меню щодня" від Катерини Міріманової - це справжня знахідка для всіх, хто прагне змінити своє життя на краще без жорстких дієт та обмежень. Автор пропонує 100 смачних і різноманітних рецептів для сніданків, обідів і вечерь, які не тільки допоможуть скинути зайві кілограми, але й зроблять процес схуднення приємним і смачним. Мені особливо сподобалися рецепти тортів і пасти, адже вони доводять, що можна насолоджуватися улюбленими стравами, не відмовляючи собі у задоволенні.
