Чудовий самовчитель для початківців у рукопашному бою!
Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі бойових мистецтв. Я завжди хотів навчитися основам рукопашного бою, але не мав можливості відвідувати секції або займатися з інструктором. Самовчитель надає чіткі та зрозумілі інструкції, які дозволяють освоїти базові техніки та прийоми самостійно. Підготовчі вправи підібрані так, що їх легко виконувати вдома, і я відчуваю прогрес з кожним заняттям. Хоча в тексті є незначні недоліки в перекладі, це не заважає сприйняттю інформації. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче займатися рукопашним боєм, але не має можливості працювати з тренером. Це справжній скарб для самостійного навчання!
