This book represents the author's many years of experience in integrating the art therapy method into classical coaching. The techniques described here are both modifications of the basic coaching techniques in the context of art therapy, and completely new algorithms that were developed by the author on the basis of multiple workshops - intensive “Consulting in the style of art coaching”, corporate trainings and personal art coaching sessions .In this publication, we consider the methodological concept of art therapy, based on the opinion of leading experts in this area. Art therapy means “treatment through artistic creativity,” or the use of art as a therapeutic factor, a means of communication on a symbolic level. In English-speaking countries, art therapy (ArtTherapy) refers primarily to the so-called visual arts (painting, graphics, sculpture, design), or to such forms of creativity in which the visual communication channel plays a leading role (cinema, video art, computer creativity , performances, etc.). This is reflected in more detail in the works of A. I. Kopytin, E. Kramer, M. Libman and others.
