Сюжет розгортається навколо Єгора, молодого воїна, який з командою намагається захистити своє поселення від монгольської орди. Його рішучість, відвага та вірність друзям роблять його справжнім героєм. Окремо варто відзначити якість перекладу, який, хоч і має деякі недоліки, все ж дозволяє насолодитися захоплюючою історією. Книга залишає багато запитань і спонукає до роздумів про вибір між обов'язком і почуттями. Рекомендую всім любителям історичних романів та пригод!
