This translation is intended not only to make the text of Saxo Grammar more accessible to a wide range of readers, but also to present often ignored passages and an alternative reading of ambiguous passages of the text. The translation accompanies the original Latin text, and in the Russian version an attempt was made to convey the structure of the original without distorting the meaning, as far as possible.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program.
