“Entrance into the Labyrinth” is the first part of Andrei Molchanov’s novel “Main Directorate”, dedicated to the unknown, hidden side of the life of law enforcement agencies. The hero of the novel, Yuri Kolokoltsev, has to live according to someone else’s documents in order to avoid criminal liability. From a businessman, he turns into an agent of the department for combating organized crime, where his exciting career growth unexpectedly begins. Against the backdrop of the dedicated and highly professional work of ordinary employees, the reader is presented with a picture of intricate corruption relationships and brutal showdowns within the department.

«Вхід у лабіринт» — це захоплююча та інтригуюча книга, яка відкриває перед читачем невідомий бік життя силових структур. Андрій Молчанов майстерно переплітає елементи трилера та драми, створюючи напружений сюжет, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Персонаж Юрій Колокольцев, який змушений жити під чужими документами, стає символом боротьби з корупцією та організованою злочинністю. Його кар'єрне зростання в управлінні боротьби з організованою злочинністю показує, наскільки складним і заплутаним може бути світ правоохоронних органів. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, це не зменшує загального враження від книги.
