Другий роман трилогії "Мексика" вражає своєю оригінальністю та інтригуючим сюжетом. Історія Бернарда, який відправляється до Мексики, щоб "зарахувати" східнонімця Еріха Стіннеса, захоплює з перших сторінок. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи детективу з соціально-політичними аспектами, що робить книгу не лише розважальною, але й глибокою. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, і в деяких місцях зустрічаються незначні недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися сюжетом. Якість перекладу в цілому дуже висока, і я вважаю, що технології лише покращують доступ до літератури. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить захоплюючі історії з елементами трилера та соціальної критики!
