The novel “Quicksand” became the last completed work of Alexander Zhitinsky. Роман «Пливун» став для мене справжнім відкриттям. Олександр Житинський зумів у цій книзі передати всю складність та суперечливість російської дійсності, яка, на жаль, залишається актуальною і сьогодні. Лірична проза автора вражає своєю силою та емоційністю, змушуючи читача задуматися про важливі соціальні та культурні питання. Вірші, які включені до видання, стали справжнім доповненням до основного тексту, відкриваючи нові грані його творчості. Вони наповнені глибиною почуттів і роздумів, які, безумовно, заслуговують на увагу.
