The weak must be protected. Everyone knows this simple truth. But doing it in practice can be difficult, and sometimes downright scary. For example, when you see that bad boys are hurting a girl or a child, your heart tells you that you need to intercede. And you seem to be completely ready to help, but... your legs themselves go in the other direction. And then for a very long time you remember your cowardice with shame. But if you managed to overcome your nasty fear and rushed to help, then everything turns out completely differently. And most importantly, you won’t have to argue with your conscience later. It is very important. Because it is not for nothing that conscience is called the voice of God in our soul. Through it, God himself speaks to man, and protecting the weak is His direct command. So, in simple and clear formulations in a form accessible to children, the book tells about the life of the blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky - a Russian commander, a saint of the Russian Orthodox Church, who pleased God precisely because all his life he defended the weak in the most literal sense - with weapons in hand, in mortal combat with offenders.
