The second volume of the Collected Works of Jorge Luis Borges (1899–1986) includes works from 1942–1969, the heyday of the writer’s work. These are collections of short stories and essays “Fictional Stories”, “Aleph”, “New Investigations”, books of poems “Creator”, “Other and Former”, “Praise of the Darkness”, as well as articles and reviews from periodicals.
