Сюжет сповнений несподіваних поворотів, які тримають у напрузі до самого кінця. Яскраво прописані персонажі, зокрема сам детектив, викликають симпатію та інтерес. Однак, варто зазначити, що переклад книги, хоча й якісний, іноді має незначні недоліки, які можуть відволікати від читання.
