Книга "Поцілунок дочки каноніра" Рут Ренделл - це справжнє мистецтво детективного жанру. Від самого початку читач занурюється в атмосферу таємниці та напруги, коли інспектор Вексфорд стикається з загадковими обставинами смерті двох жінок. Опис сцени на обідньому столі з червоною скатертиною та мертвими тілами настільки вражаючий, що неможливо відірватися від читання. Автор майстерно грає з емоціями, змушуючи читача переживати за героїв та намагатися розгадати загадку разом з ними. Хоча переклад тексту деякими моментами може бути не зовсім точним, це не зменшує загального враження від книги. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з глибоким сюжетом та складними персонажами!
