Rear Admiral, Candidate of Technical Sciences. Born on the Don in the village of Milyutinskaya in March 1933. Graduated from the Higher Naval Engineering School. Dzerzhinsky in Leningrad in 1956. At the same time he was appointed to the crew of the first nuclear submarine. He worked his way up from group commander to head of the Technical Directorate of the Northern Fleet. For ten years he was involved in testing nuclear submarines. Awarded 12 state awards. During his service in the Navy, he held the following positions: Deputy Commander of a separate brigade of nuclear submarines (1964-1970), Chief Naval Engineer-Deputy Head of the Technical Directorate of the Northern Fleet (1970-1974), Deputy Commander of a flotilla of nuclear submarines - Member of the Military Flotilla Council (1974-1978). Head of the Technical Directorate of the Northern Fleet (1978-1983). Since the fall of 1995, he has been a corresponding member of the International Academy of Informatization at the United Nations.
