The liquidation of the Kronstadt rebellion in March 1921 was a significant milestone in the transition period from war to peace, when the foundations of the new economic policy of the Soviet state were laid.

Автор майстерно аналізує соціальні та політичні протиріччя, які призвели до заколоту, а також показує, як втома трудящих мас і коливання селянства вплинули на загальну ситуацію в країні. Особливо вражає опис героїчної енергії червоних бійців та командирів, які, незважаючи на всі труднощі, змогли швидко і рішуче розгромити бунтівників. Книга не лише інформативна, але й викликає глибокі роздуми про складність переходу від війни до миру. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних неточностей, загалом, це не заважає сприйняттю основної ідеї.
