Неперевершений стимпанк-шедевр!
Роман «Машина відмінностей» — це справжня перлина у світі літератури, яка поєднує в собі елементи стимпанку, історії та фантастики. У. Гібсон і Б. Стерлінг майстерно створюють альтернативну реальність, в якій комп'ютер з'являється в епоху, коли інші технології тільки починають розвиватися. Читач занурюється у світ, де історичні особи переплітаються з вигаданими персонажами, створюючи захоплюючий сюжет, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Особливо вразила доля молодої жінки, яка стала символом боротьби за свої права в умовах соціальних змін. Переклад книги на російську мову також заслуговує на похвалу, хоча й є деякі незначні недоліки, пов'язані з використанням штучного інтелекту. Проте це не зменшує загального враження від читання. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить оригінальні сюжети та нестандартні підходи до відомих історичних подій!
