To be honest, I didn’t write anything! I just collected all the jokes with which I responded to the stupidity and ignorance in the topic of aging, in which all sorts of financial scoundrels are actively making noise today. Here I also tried to close the gaps in what doctors cannot talk about due to the limited time they work. The result is a book like this. The book consists of three parts, jokes, plays and very pragmatic life hacks “how to prepare for old age” and how to live at this age.

Книга "Хочу жити довше! Записки геронтолога" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Автор чудово поєднав легкий гумор з серйозними темами старіння та підготовки до нього. Я сміявся над жартами, які не лише піднімали настрій, але й змушували задуматися про важливі аспекти життя в похилому віці. Частина з лайфхаками вразила своєю практичністю та доступністю - тут є все, що потрібно знати, щоб підготуватися до старості. Хоча деякі фрази в перекладі звучать трохи дивно, це не зменшує загальної цінності книги. Я рекомендую її всім, хто хоче не лише дожити до старості, але й зробити це з посмішкою на обличчі!
