Автор майстерно створює напругу, граючи на страхах людей перед невідомим. Паралель між монстром у воді та людською природою викликає багато роздумів про те, що насправді є найбільшим чудовиськом. Хоча текст перекладений за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючим сюжетом.
