Artem Tikhonov inherited the house in which his mother died twelve years ago under strange circumstances. The house is in terrible condition, dirt and neglect are everywhere. Artem is not going to live here. He wants to renovate and sell the house. But as soon as he gets to work, terrible and inexplicable things begin to happen, reminiscent of poltergeists. Artem, in order not to go crazy with fear, invites friends to stay. The young people accept the invitation, and very soon the whole company plunges into a nightmare. Then it becomes clear: someone else lives in the house...
