"Без води" - книга, яка, на жаль, не вражає своєю оригінальністю та глибиною викладу. Хоча автор намагається дати поради щодо письмової комунікації для керівників верхнього рівня, але здається, що інформація в книзі дещо стандартна та загальноприйнята.
