K. Popper's book “The Open Society and Its Enemies” is quite well known. It has become a kind of “Bible” of neoliberalism. At the same time, systematic criticism of this dominant theory and ideology by Marxists now, in the era of crisis and collapse of the world socialist system, has not appeared. This work is intended to be one of the steps to fill this gap. For scientists and students of social sciences, all interested in the socio-philosophical understanding of their lives, the life of the Fatherland and Humanity. The file is missing pages 122–123.
