Employees of such an organization are not late, fulfill the production norm and solve problems on the spot themselves. Agree, it sounds utopian. However, such a company exists.The small French company FAVI, which produces rotors and forks for gearboxes, has been adhering to the principles of turquoise management for many years: values over profit, and autonomy and self-organization instead of a rigid hierarchical structure.
