The work analyzes the causes of anomalous deviations from climate norms in temperature and ozone content in the atmosphere. A method of artificially creating a global electrical circuit (GEC) is considered, which is used by the aggressor country, initiating the GEC, creating large-scale plasma structures (plasmoids), which destroy ozone and clouds containing moisture in the atmosphere. The action of high-frequency currents dramatically changes the temperature and chemical composition of environments over large areas in different spheres of the Earth. Changing the state of physical fields provides information about the geographic location of their generation.
