Книга "Місіс Інгланд" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям! Вона переносить читача в атмосферу початку XX століття в Англії, де ми знайомимося з Рубі Мей, молодою нянею, яка сподівається на краще життя, але стикається з реальністю, що виявляється зовсім не такою, як вона уявляла. Автор майстерно створює похмуру, але водночас захоплюючу атмосферу, де кожен персонаж має свої таємниці. Взаємини Рубі з господарями будинку, особливо з загадковою місіс Інгланд, тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Я була вражена глибиною персонажів і їх емоційними переживаннями. Книга змушує задуматися про ідеали сімейного життя та те, як легко можна втратити себе в пошуках щастя. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на загальне враження, я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історії про самопізнання та боротьбу з внутрішніми демонами.
