“On the Educational System” is a work by the Soviet teacher and writer A. S. Makarenko (1888 – 1939).*** The author considered one of the main tasks of pedagogy to be raising a happy person: “It is impossible to teach a person to be happy, but to educate him so that he can be happy,” he said.
