The book presents a series of essays on the policies of the German kings (who bore the title of Holy Roman Emperors from 962) in Italy, Burgundy, France, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary in the 10th–11th centuries. The appendix provides the first complete translation into Russian of two imperial biographies written in Latin in the mid-11th - early 12th centuries - “The Acts of Emperor Conrad II” and “The Life of Emperor Henry IV.”
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.

Цінний внесок у вивчення середньовічної історії
Книга "Зовнішня політика Священної Римської імперії у X–XI століттях" є важливим джерелом для тих, хто цікавиться історією середньовічної Європи. Автор детально розглядає політичні стратегії німецьких королів, що мали значний вплив на розвиток регіону. Цикл нарисів про імператорів, їхні відносини з сусідніми державами, а також внутрішні політичні інтриги надає читачеві глибоке розуміння складної політичної ситуації того часу. Особливо цінним є додаток з перекладом біографій імператорів Конрада II та Генріха IV, що дозволяє ознайомитися з історією через призму особистих життєписів. Хоча переклад, виконаний за допомогою штучного інтелекту, в цілому якісний, деякі неточності все ж можуть заважати сприйняттю тексту. Проте, це не зменшує цінності книги як навчального матеріалу. Рекомендую всім, хто цікавиться історією та політикою середньовічної Європи, адже ця книга відкриває нові горизонти для розуміння складних взаємовідносин між державами того часу.
