Vladimir Vysotsky (1938–1980) is a Soviet poet and songwriter, actor, laureate of the USSR State Prize, a person whose work was an expression of the feelings of an entire country. Vladimir Vysotsky became a legend of Soviet music, cinema, theater, having written more than 600 songs and poems that truly became classics. This collection includes works that belong to different directions, styles and themes, but nevertheless show the diversity of the poet’s creativity and the breadth of his views.
