Having practiced sleep yoga for many years, I got into the habit of writing down the most significant ones, so that I would not forget later and check with reality. And the predictions have never deceived me yet. Since the events of our lives have recently turned sharply backwards and, dare I say it, a new era has begun, I decided to highlight the most recent poems in a separate book, since both their theme and sound have changed dramatically.
