Ця книга - справжня знахідка для всіх, хто захоплюється кулінарією та прагне дізнатися більше про бразильську кухню. Вона не лише пропонує чудові рецепти, але й занурює читача в історію та традиції, які стоять за кожною стравою. Я була вражена, як автор вдало сплітає міфи та легенди, пов'язані з бразильською кулінарією, роблячи кожен рецепт ще більш цікавим та значущим. Опис приготування страв дуже детальний, що дозволяє навіть новачкам в кухні впоратися з приготуванням. Хоча в тексті зустрічаються деякі недоліки перекладу, це не заважає насолоджуватися читанням.
