The fairytale poem “The Abyss: Wind and Oceanis” is a tale about the Abyss of Life (Abyss), the spirit of laws (Oceanidas), and a virtuous hero (Wind). The young heir to the ruler of the state and his protector, Wind, sets off on a sea voyage to the shores Atlantis in order to learn and remember the path to an ideal state, while, left without protection, the homeland of the Wind is attacked by the enemy. Atlantis embodies the idea of Plato’s ideal state, in which everyone has their own occupation, science and knowledge form the basis for the construction of all spheres of society along with the moral qualities of people. The main character, Wind, is a warrior, but the ruler of Atlantis, Lex (“Law”), sees Wind’s ability to rule wisely. And Oceanid, the spirit of the island, did not accidentally choose and bring the Wind to Atlantis, incarnating in the images of people - Karma (“Fate”) and Vita (“Life”). She invites the Wind to stay, but the main character strives to go home and defend his Motherland. And Oceanid understands that even if not on the island, but at home, he can do good for people.
