Автор майстерно відтворює емоції та переживання героїв, які, нарешті, отримали можливість знову об'єднатися зі своїми близькими після жахливих років розлуки через проказу. Книга не лише розповідає про перемогу над хворобою, але й порушує складні питання про прощення, ненависть і вибір, який доводиться робити кожному з нас у важкі часи. Сюжет наповнений несподіваними поворотами, а герої - живими та реалістичними, що робить читання надзвичайно захоплюючим. Я була вражена глибиною емоцій і силою повідомлення, яке несе ця історія. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує літературу, що торкається серця і змушує задуматися про важливість людських зв'язків
