These are people who, with the help of special equipment, dive into the sandy depths, extracting from there relics of an old civilization - the subject of a brutal struggle between rival gangs. One of the criminal groups hires Palmer and his sister Victoria, experienced divers, to descend to the depths where, according to their employers, Danvar, the dream city of all divers, is hidden under the sand. The brother and sister are unaware that the target of the terrorist criminals is not the legendary city, but a storage facility with nuclear ammunition located in the vicinity of Danwar.
