The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the narrative structure of Mongolian chronicles of the 17th-19th centuries, the literary traditions on which their authors relied, and the artistic means they used. A study of the stage-by-stage development of chronicles was carried out, elements of foreign cultural influences were identified, their relationship and role in the formation of Mongolian literature was shown.
