Autumn 1939. Tango “Argentina” is no longer in fashion, everyone listens to “Brazil”. The Second World War is in no hurry, but the First Interplanetary War is already on the threshold, despite the fact that few people believe in aliens. Nevertheless, bombs are already falling, missiles are hitting their targets, and the post office is sending out summonses. But maybe it will still work out? Henri Lecomte, a translator of low-grade science fiction about the purple planet, unexpectedly becomes the head of a secret facility. There is confusion and chaos at every turn; few people believe in danger. And it all doesn't look too serious. But if this is a training exercise, then why do they start shooting? Underground fighter Johann Fest, aka Nils, friend of the wild geese, is waiting to be arrested, but instead ends up in Heinrich Himmler’s retinue. For some reason, he needed to summon the Devil, and the historian Festus is a specialist in medieval demonology. The underground worker Nils doesn’t believe in mysticism, Himmler’s retinue doesn’t either, then why is all this? The alien Salt has it easier than anyone, she still returned, if not home, but still to her fellow countrymen, to the interplanetary station. Only there she is not very welcome, now she is unclean. Earth and Space, an ancient castle north of Paris, an ancient salt mine, a space shuttle. The last thing the heroes wanted was such adventures, but there was nowhere to go. Meanwhile, the dismemberment maniac Judex is walking through the streets of Paris at night.
