Його подорож до Росії та зустрічі з Алессандро Скалеттою ді Руффо створюють унікальну динаміку, що тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Окремо варто відзначити, як автор вдало передає атмосферу часу, зокрема, старовинні традиції та забобони, які оживляють сюжет. Хоча переклад тексту місцями може бути не зовсім досконалим, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючою історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні романи з елементами драми та інтриг!
