I was inspired to write this material by sales managers, as well as their leaders, who managed to get consent to a deal where ordinary sellers said it was unrealistic and gave 1000 reasons why it was impossible, as well as people who masterfully converted “No” to “Yes.” Studying their techniques and methods inspired me to write this book.
