The “settlers” begin to radically change the history of Russia. They change the state structure and ideology of the Russian Empire, stimulate scientific and technological progress in Russia and slow it down in other countries. They seize the Amur region from China and the gold deposits of California from Mexico. They crush the Ottoman Empire, then England, France and Persia stood up for the Ottomans. On the lands of these states, vassal countries of Russia are created.
