In Russian business, a director is a person who manages a department function, a certain serious department of a business. This means that it faces serious, sometimes global, strategic challenges. He has a large resource under his command in the form of people, budget, and expertise. From my point of view, the director is obliged to organize systematic work: streamline processes, employee activities, technologies and company principles. The system must be organized so that the department's function confidently produces a certain predictable result. After all, without proper planning, business is impossible.
