In the second edition of the textbook, the historical milestones in the formation and development of political philosophy, the problems of modern methodology of this science, as well as the ontology of the information state and the philosophy of modern information warfare received more detailed coverage. The main goal of the author is to give a modern interpretation of the most important problems in the philosophy of politics within the framework of the new information paradigm of social science.
