The poetry of war comes in different forms. There are poems by the warriors themselves, there are poems by those who themselves were not in battle, but who experienced the state of the people during the war more deeply than others in their hearts. But there is also a third type of war poems - they talk not so much about war as such, but about the state that it causes in people. How it awakens people from the sleep of peaceful life, forcing them to leave aside everything petty and familiar, and remember the main thing. These poems can be, in fact, about anything, because they are actually always about the same thing - about the incomprehensibility, fleetingness, fragility and infinite value of life.
