“War or Peace” is a continuation of the “Sea Wolf” series, the story of the Voronezh nuclear submarine in 1942. While correcting known historical mistakes, are we making new ones? Wouldn't the Third World War begin in an alternative world already in 1950 - due to a sharp escalation not of the Korean War (absent in this story), but of the Chinese War, in which, supporting Mao and Chiang Kai-shek, the USSR and the USA intervened? Or will the end result be “a world better than the previous one”?
